1. About Us

Nari Nakhre is owned and operated by Mohini Cosmetics, Shop No 136, Dharhai R Kotwali, Jabalpur, MP 482001, India. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Delhivery to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or logistical issues beyond our control.

5. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

Items once sold cannot be returned or refunded, except in the two cases below:

• Manufacturing defect: If a product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, it is eligible for a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/video of the defect and the packaging.
• Warranty: Select products carry a manufacturer warranty, as mentioned on the product page or your invoice. Warranty claims are handled as per the terms stated for that specific product.

Outside of these two cases — including size/preference issues, or products without a stated warranty — we are unable to offer a return, replacement, or refund. Claims raised after the stated window, or without adequate proof, may not be honoured.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Mohini Cosmetics / Nari Nakhre and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or delays caused by third-party courier or payment partners.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
